The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-impact design assets for various marketing channels and collaborate with different teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. They will also mentor junior designers and maintain design quality across all brand touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads, and short-form motion content
- Translate creative briefs into bold, on-brand, conversion-driven visuals
- Collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance insights and feedback
Requirements
- 5â8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools
- Experience or interest in working with AI tools for concepting and production
