Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will develop design strategies for the eCommerce platform, focusing on user experience and business goals. They will create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy & UX Leadership: Develop comprehensive design strategies for the eCommerce platform
- Wireframe Development: Create clear, functional wireframes that effectively communicate information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns
- High-Fidelity Design: Produce polished, pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs that reflect brand identity and are ready for development handoff
- User Research & Testing: Conduct and collaborate on user research activities, including usability testing, customer interviews, and analytics review
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- 8+ years of direct eCommerce design experience (B2C, D2C, or retail focus essential)
- Demonstrated expertise in all stages of the design process: wireframing, low-fidelity prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects, including before/after case studies demonstrating impact
- Deep understanding of eCommerce user behaviors, conversion funnel optimization, and checkout best practices
- Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance)
