UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will create user interfaces for analytical tools by gathering user requirements and designing functional, appealing mockups. Responsibilities include building navigation components, maintaining visual design languages, and resolving front-end layout issues.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Extend existing as well as create visual design languages, document in style guides and utilize across Radiance products
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Requirements
- 3 + years of direct work experience
- Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors or related field
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
- Understanding of both graphic design and UI/UX programming for the Web
- Experience with design software and wireframe tools
