Senior Product Designer, Web3

OKX is seeking a Product Designer to define DeFi products and cultivate exceptional user experiences. The role involves owning transaction workflows, data display, and feature execution, crafting experiences that delight global users.

Responsibilities

• Synthesise needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables
• Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features
• Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
• Partner with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions
• Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UI & UX Design, or related fields
• Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, web3 etc.
• Demonstrated ability in solving problems from scratch, eye for aesthetics
• Passionate about DeFi, DEX trading, crypto wallet management, token swaps, cross-chain bridge and the future of decentralized finance
• Proven ability to balance advanced trading features with intuitive user experience

• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers
• Deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies
