The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-impact sales proposals and digital materials that support client growth and retention. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and managing multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets
- Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials that support client growth and retention
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals
- Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear, compelling story
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency
- Present fresh, creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote
- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
