Lead end-to-end design processes for product features, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design implementation and optimize the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for medium to large-scale product features or projects
- Plan and conduct user research, translating insights into actionable design strategies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the design system
- Recommend workflow improvements and strengthen the influence of design in product decision-making
Requirements
- 4–6 years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficient in user research methodologies
- Strong ability to balance user experience, business needs, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills
- Proficient in Figma
