The Staff AI Product Designer will lead the design of innovative iOS experiences that facilitate simple, fluid conversations and journeys with generative AI. This involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams to define interaction strategies and translating complex user insights into actionable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of innovative iOS experiences that drive simple, fluid conversations & journeys with generative AI
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers
• Develop a deep expertise in user needs across various geographies, platforms, and audience segments
• Translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions that deliver measurable value to customers
• Elevate design craft and champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of designing for widely-respected iOS consumer apps
• Experience with AI product design process
• iOS Expertise: Demonstrable experience designing world-class iOS apps, and for OS-level integrations
• Designing with AI Tools: Experience with 'Vibe Coding' to design/test solutions, or using LLMs to build functional UI prototypes
• Strategic Impact & Product Thinking: Addresses highly complex design challenges for strategic, high-impact AI product initiatives
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Leads and influences cross-functional teams, ensuring design solutions prioritize user needs and product best interests
