Sr. UX Designer

Design high-impact campaigns across various channels and optimize experiences for acquisition, engagement, upsell, and retention. Lead creative projects from concept to execution while partnering with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact campaigns across email, in-product, and digital channels
• Optimize experiences for acquisition, engagement, upsell & retention
• Lead creative projects end-to-end — from concept to execution & QA
• Use Figma, GA4, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to improve results
• Partner with teams across Content, Brand, Product, Legal, and more

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, or UX design
• A strong portfolio of high-conversion designs across the lifecycle
• Confidence with Figma and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
• A/B testing experience and data-driven mindset
• Creative thinking + strategic execution
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
