As a Senior UX Designer, you will create and maintain user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will also lead user research initiatives to ensure design decisions are user-centered and business-driven.
Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Create and maintain comprehensive information architecture diagrams, user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Present design iterations to internal teams and external stakeholders, cultivating feedback loops that drive world-class player experiences
- Establish and maintain design system standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles across all products
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design practices, bringing fresh perspectives to the team
- Contribute to strategic design initiatives and process improvements
- Research & Collaboration: Cultivate a deep understanding of the lottery and real-money gaming industry and the landscape of design challenges and solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Lead user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis to ensure the voice of the customer guides our design decisions
- Partner with data analysts to transform insights into design decisions that are both user-centered and business-driven
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a professional capacity, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (HCI, UX Design, Graphic Design, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms, preferably including native applications
- Expert proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma
- Experience with design systems creation and maintenance
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong technical understanding including familiarity with HTML/CSS, design tokens, and front-end development constraints and capabilities
