Parsnip is seeking a senior UX-focused product designer to own the design for our AI-powered personalized learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a love for food and learning, and will work remotely or from our NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize UX for a substantial AI system
- Contribute to designing the Parsnip app
- Create, iterate, and ship user flows, wireframes, and mockups
- Collaborate with engineers to ship designs quickly
- Conduct user research and create prototypes
- Contribute to broader company discussions beyond design
- Document and communicate design choices effectively
Requirements
- Experience in UX and UI design
- Experience with knowledge-based AI/software systems
- Familiarity with pedagogy, curriculum design, or data visualization
- Self-driven and intrinsically motivated
- Growth mindset oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative processes
- Empathy towards co-workers and users
