Product Design Leader

point.me is seeking a seasoned product design leader to enhance user experiences through design, research, and collaboration. This role involves creating intuitive interfaces and contributing to product strategy in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop design vision and milestones for product direction.
• Create intuitive and visually cohesive UI/UX designs.
• Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.
• Contribute to product strategy by proposing new features and improvements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end design practices, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Expert understanding of user needs through research and journey mapping.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to analyze user pain points and design practical solutions.
• Ability to leverage data for design decisions.
