Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio of web or product design work, strong design judgment, comfort with Figma, and an understanding of purchase behavior or a strong desire to learn. They should be mobile-first, eager to build in the browser with AI tools, receptive to feedback, and motivated to own measurable outcomes; Shopify, HTML/CSS, and A/B testing experience are advantages.
