Product Designer App - Stay
Landal š³š± Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
Design and deliver end-to-end app and digital experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs, while maintaining accessibility and design-system standards. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams, use research and guest feedback to improve the customer journey, and ensure consistent design quality across web, email, and app platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and propose creative solutions for the Stay journey
- Conduct user research and maintain a critical lens on the current experience
- Design endātoāend UX outputs: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI designs
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and the design system
- Collaborate with developers, product owners and designers in an Agile setting
- Translate guest feedback and data into continuous product improvements
- Maintain design consistency across Web, Email and App platforms
- Stay updated on industry and UX trends and apply insights
Requirements
- 4ā6 years of product design experience
- Bachelorās degree
- Strong research mindset and experience in user research
- Experience in hospitality or guestāfocused organizations
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in Agile, multidisciplinary teams
