Requirements
- Requires senior product design experience and a public portfolio with one to three shipped case studies demonstrating the candidateâs role, decisions, and measurable impact. Candidates should have strong UX and UI craft, fluent Figma skills, practical daily use of AI tools, experience collaborating with engineers, and clear communication; health, consumer, behavior-change, or regulated-product experience is preferred.
