Requirements
- Requires senior product design experience, a public portfolio with one to three shipped case studies demonstrating measurable impact, and strong UX/UI craft. Candidates should be fluent in Figma, use AI tools practically, communicate clearly, and have experience working closely with engineers; health, consumer, behavior-change, or regulated-product experience is preferred.
