Requirements
- Candidates should have a proven record of design leadership and business impact, supported by two to three shipped case studies with measured results, outstanding visual craft, and practical experience with AI tools and AI-ready design systems. Strong Figma skills, product thinking grounded in data and measurement, and a public portfolio are required; experience in health, consumer, behavior-change, or regulated products is preferred.
