Requirements
- Candidates need proven design leadership with a record of business impact, a public portfolio, and two to three shipped case studies showing decisions and measured results. They should demonstrate outstanding visual craft, practical AI tool use, AI-ready design system experience, fluent Figma skills, and strong data-informed product thinking; health or regulated product experience is preferred.
