Create graphic designs for multiple formats and communication channels, and develop and maintain the company's visual identity and brand designs. Prepare materials for digital channels, print, and promotions; coordinate with suppliers on production quality; monitor design trends and competitors; and propose improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce creative graphic solutions for various formats and communication channels
- Develop and enhance visual identity while applying consistent graphic standards
- Prepare design files for digital platforms, print production and promotional materials
- Create design assets for Aksa's brands and product lines
- Coordinate with suppliers and monitor production quality of promotional materials
- Track design trends, visual communication and competitor activities
- Propose new ideas and improve existing graphic solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Previous experience in graphic design for retail or similar industries
- Strong creativity, aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and responsibility
- Willingness to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners
