Requirements
- Applicants should demonstrate design leadership and a record of delivering measurable business outcomes, supported by two to three shipped case studies and a public portfolio. They need outstanding visual craft, practical experience with Figma and AI tools, strong product thinking, and ideally experience with health, consumer, behavior-change, or regulated products.
