Requirements
- Requires senior product design experience, strong UX and UI craft, a public portfolio with one to three shipped case studies demonstrating measurable impact, and fluent Figma skills. Candidates should use AI tools practically, communicate clearly, and work closely with engineers; experience in health, consumer, behavior-change, or regulated products is ideal.
