Requirements
- Candidates need proven design leadership with a record of business impact, a public portfolio, and two to three shipped case studies showing decisions and measured results. They should demonstrate excellent visual craft, fluent Figma skills, practical daily use of AI tools, strong data-informed product thinking, and experience creating high-fidelity prototypes.
