Run conversion tests, analyze user behavior and results, ship winning designs, and maintain a consistent, polished, accessible, and fast website.
Requirements
- Applicants should have a portfolio of web or product design work, strong design judgment, comfort with Figma, and an interest in purchase behavior and conversion optimization. They should be mobile-first, eager to build in the browser with AI tools, receptive to feedback, and motivated to own measurable outcomes; prior HTML/CSS work, A/B testing, Shopify, or DTC experience is a plus.
