(Senior) Product Designer (m/w/d)

Design jewelry and lifestyle collections from initial research and concepts through production readiness, including hero products, trend-led designs, and partner collaborations. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality, brand fit, production feasibility, and timely handover.
Responsibilities
- Develop hero products for the LEI line within an 8âweek launch window
- Create design concepts, moodboards, and complete collections with a consistent visual language
- Research trends, materials, and design ideas for jewelry, stainless steel, menâs, and lifestyle categories
- Collaborate with external creators, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure brand fit
- Reduce quality and fit returns through thoughtful design specifications
- Coordinate design feasibility with suppliers and production partners
- Guide designs through to seriesâready status, working closely with buying, product management, and quality teams
- Produce precise Illustrator files ready for production
Requirements
- 1â3 years of product design experience, specifically in jewelry or accessories
- Strong portfolio of jewelry/accessory designs
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of materials, pricing, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work with external partners and suppliers
- Excellent German and English written and spoken skills
