Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered marketing planning, management, optimization, and creative products, from problem framing through launch and iteration. Define how automation and human oversight work together, establish portfolio-wide design standards, and partner across product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires at least 8 years of design experience, an online portfolio, and experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax. Preferred qualifications include applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes and designing complex workflows.
