Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered marketing planning, management, optimization, and creative products, including automation behavior, human oversight, trust, and recovery. Establish portfolio-wide design standards, collaborate across disciplines, mentor designers, and connect design decisions to measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires at least 8 years of design experience, an available online portfolio, and experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus prototyping with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax. Preferred qualifications include applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes and designing UX for complex workflows.
