The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and maintain design projects, including creating promotional materials and scaling design systems. They will also collaborate with product and marketing teams to generate creative ideas and ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and lead design projects from concept to delivery
- Create and support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Generate creative ideas for marketing and product directions
- Build and scale design systems and brand guidelines
- Produce brand books, style guides and visual assets
- Design creatives for social media promotion of projects
- Ensure graphic quality and consistency according to guidelines and templates
- Contribute to design decisions for new and existing products
- Create vector icons and other UI assets
- Collaborate with product, marketing and creative teams
- Analyze design solutions and their effectiveness
- Optimize design processes and internal workflows
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Excellent typography knowledge and hierarchy creation
- Deep understanding of composition, layout and color theory
- Experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics and digital materials
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines
- Understanding of business context and product goals
- Experience with raster graphics and collage techniques
- Good communication and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Willingness to take ownership of results
- Interest in solving unconventional problems
- Basic knowledge of product or marketing metrics is advantageous
