Requirements
- The role requires around 3â6 years of product design experience, strong Figma and design-system skills, and the ability to simplify complex workflows and write clear product specifications. Candidates should be proactive, quality-focused, and able to work autonomously while collaborating with a cross-functional team; fintech, payments, regulated-industry, and front-end handoff experience are desirable.
