(Senior) Product Designer (m/w/d)

You will be responsible for developing jewelry and lifestyle collections from initial inspiration to mass production, ensuring they align with the brand identity. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners and suppliers to maintain high quality and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop hero products for the LEI line within an 8‑week launch window.
• Create design concepts, moodboards and complete collections for jewellery and lifestyle items.
• Research trends, materials and design ideas for key categories (Stainless Steel, Men, LEI).
• Co‑design products with external partners and ensure brand fit.
• Reduce returns by improving quality and fit through thoughtful design specifications.
• Coordinate design feasibility with suppliers and production partners.
• Guide designs through series‑ready stages, collaborating with buying, product management and quality teams.
• Produce precise Illustrator files ready for manufacturing.

Requirements

• University degree or vocational training in design.
• 1–3 years of professional product design experience, specifically in jewellery or accessories.
• Strong portfolio showcasing jewellery or accessory designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of materials, pricing and manufacturing processes for jewellery.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, creators and brand partners.
• Ability to work with AI‑supported design tools.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
