Requirements
- A degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with proven design and/or project management experience on large-scale residential-led masterplans and mixed-use developments. Candidates should understand project delivery, zoning, planning, and building regulations and demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
