Senior Product Designer

Partner with private wealth advisers and product managers to understand user needs, define product opportunities, and design end-to-end experiences across financial planning, transactions, CRM, and AI-assisted workflows. Prototype and validate solutions with users, prepare clear specifications for engineers, contribute to front-end code when appropriate, and evolve the design system through production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research with private advisors to understand needs and define problem statements
• Design end‑to‑end journeys for financial planning, operations, and CRM tools
• Create rapid prototypes using AI assistance and test with users
• Write clear specifications for engineers and contribute to front‑end code when needed
• Evolve and maintain the design system
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers and AI specialists in a squad structure

Requirements

• Strong experience in product design with a portfolio showing research, iteration and decision‑making
• Proficiency in Figma for exploration and prototyping
• Ability to work with rich data interfaces (tables, charts, numbers)
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Technical curiosity and willingness to engage with front‑end code
