Lead a small team designing silicon photonic circuits and technologies, including architecture, devices, simulations, layouts, and foundry tapeouts. Collaborate with packaging, module, foundry, test, and quality teams to develop and characterize high-performance photonic chips and optical subassemblies for communications and sensing applications.

- Lead a small team designing silicon photonic circuits and technologies, including architecture, devices, simulations, layouts, and foundry tapeouts. Collaborate with packaging, module, foundry, test, and quality teams to develop and characterize high-performance photonic chips and optical subassemblies for communications and sensing applications.
Requirements
- Requires a PhD in electrical or computer engineering, optics, physics, or a related field, along with at least five years of industrial experience in silicon or III-V photonics design, optimization, testing, and characterization. Candidates should bring strong photonic CAD and RF/system simulation experience, knowledge of high-speed optoelectronic devices, transceivers, packaging, analog and digital electronics, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
