- Lead and grow the RF/mixed-signal design team developing IP for 200G and 400G data center SERDES, while guiding design architecture and execution from concept through tape-out and production release. Establish quality and tape-out readiness standards, improve design flows with partner teams, engage customers, and represent the team in executive reviews.
Requirements
- Requires extensive analog/mixed-signal or RF IC design experience in advanced CMOS, with a proven record of tape-outs and productization, plus experience growing engineering teams and hiring senior talent. A bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, with experience thresholds varying by level: 11/9/6 years for Senior Manager and 13/11/8 years for Director, respectively.
