Senior Product Designer, Prime Video

Lead end-to-end design for a suite of AI-driven marketing planning and optimization products within Prime Video. Define interaction standards and collaborate with engineering to ensure human-AI trust and effective system automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for AI‑driven marketing planning, management, and optimization products
• Define automation levels and trust boundaries between system and human
• Co‑own AI behavior with engineering, ensuring transparency and recoverability
• Design intelligence layer linking strategy, goals, spend, and outcomes
• Create AI‑assisted planning tools across campaign lifecycle
• Design AI‑generated marketing creative capabilities and quality controls
• Set interaction and visual standards and integrate them into the design system
• Lead design workstreams, build patterns and tooling for faster delivery
• Tie design decisions to measurable outcomes and prioritize ruthlessly
• Present and defend design recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, design technology, marketing, brand, sports, portfolio, legal, and data science teams
• Run discovery sessions with marketers, strategists, and operators
• Mentor and raise the practice of designers on the team

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience
• Strong online portfolio
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
• Experience applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes
• Experience designing complex workflows
