Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary design team responsible for AI-enabled self-service experiences across channels, including chatbot frameworks, conversational flows, and AI-to-human handoffs. Set design strategy for complex initiatives, align Product, Data, and Technology partners, and deliver customer-centered experiences that support business objectives.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least 8 years of product design experience and 3 years leading design teams; preferred qualifications include 10 and 5 years, respectively. The role also calls for experience across product and service design, team management, design systems, web and mobile technologies, prototyping tools such as Figma, business case development, and cross-functional strategy and delivery.
