Requirements
- Requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or another complex sector, along with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions effectively. Candidates should be curious about industry and UX trends, follow through on design implementation, monitor products after launch, and be proficient with design, presentation, and video tools.
