Design responsive, visually compelling web experiences for Scaleâs digital properties, primarily scale.com, and create reusable components and design patterns that support consistency and efficient delivery. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to translate objectives into implementation-ready designs, uphold the brand, and improve usability and performance through iteration and emerging tools.

- Design responsive, visually compelling web experiences for Scaleâs digital properties, primarily scale.com, and create reusable components and design patterns that support consistency and efficient delivery. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to translate objectives into implementation-ready designs, uphold the brand, and improve usability and performance through iteration and emerging tools.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in web, digital, or visual design and a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and shipped digital work. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, understand responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and web UI/UX principles, and have working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
