UX Researcher Design Sênior
Insi Remote (🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil)
Plan and conduct exploratory and evaluative research, analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence, and map user journeys and experiences to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business, consulting, design, data, and technology teams to shape and validate solutions, facilitate workshops, and support measurement and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct exploratory and evaluative research to uncover user behaviors and needs
- Run interviews, observations, usability tests and other appropriate methods
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Map user journeys, flows, ecosystems and experiences
- Identify opportunities for product, service and process improvement
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops and alignment sessions across teams
- Build and validate hypotheses with product and business teams
- Support conceptual solution definition ensuring alignment with user needs
- Track initiative progress, measure results and promote continuous learning
- Collaborate with business, consulting, design, data and technology stakeholders throughout the design process
Requirements
- Expertise in user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience conducting interviews, usability tests and co‑creation workshops
- Ability to synthesize insights into strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in journey mapping, information architecture and experience design
- Familiarity with experience metrics and business KPIs
- Advanced use of Figma and research documentation tools
- Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work autonomously in complex, ambiguous environments
