- Manage the end-to-end design process for Class 2 residential developments, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring design deliverables meet programme, quality, commercial, and compliance requirements. Support project teams from planning through construction by managing design risks and changes, facilitating approvals, and resolving design issues.
Requirements
- Applicants should have proven Design Manager experience on Class 2 residential projects in NSW, with strong knowledge of the Design and Building Practitioners Act, NCC, Australian Standards, and planning pathways. A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated ability to coordinate consultants, manage design programmes and risks, and build effective stakeholder relationships are also sought.
