Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for the mobile app, web app, internal tools, and AI agents, from discovery and research through implementation and evaluation. Collaborate with engineering and operations, maintain an accessible cross-platform design system, and use customer feedback and performance data to improve auction and pickup experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own design for the mobile app and web app, including discovery, flows, prototypes and final specs
• Design lot pages, bidding mechanics, notifications, scheduling and store‑credit features
• Run usability tests, analyze behavior data, create journey maps and make recommendations
• Collaborate with engineers from sketch stage, shape requirements and ensure designs are buildable
• Iterate quickly based on metrics; measure impact of changes within days
• Maintain and evolve a shared component library for iOS, Android and web that meets WCAG
• Present design work and rationale to engineering and leadership

Requirements

• Portfolio of end‑to‑end case studies on shipped products
• 2–5 years of product design experience, or 3+ years owning a consumer mobile/web product area
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tool
• Hands‑on user research including interviews and usability testing
• Experience with design systems and WCAG accessibility standards
• Ability to write briefs and specs and collaborate directly with engineers
• Fluency with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
