Requirements
- Requires at least eight years of product design experience and a track record of taking projects from concept to launch; fintech experience is welcomed. Candidates should be customer-focused, skilled in research and iteration, able to communicate and advocate for design decisions, mentor others, and proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; a design-related bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent practical experience is accepted.
