- Lead and develop the RF/Mixed-Signal design team in Irvine and Carlsbad to deliver high-performance IPs for 200G and 400G data center SERDES applications. Manage the full execution lifecycle from concept through tape-out and production release while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Requires extensive experience in analog, mixed-signal, or RF IC design using advanced CMOS processes with a proven record of successful tape-outs. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, executive communication abilities, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
