UX Researcher

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability studies, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to uncover user needs and inform product decisions. Synthesize and present actionable findings, create research artifacts, and collaborate with design, engineering, product teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout iterative product cycles.

Synthesize and present actionable findings, create research artifacts, and collaborate with design, engineering, product teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout iterative product cycles.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of professional UX research experience, along with eligibility to obtain a Public Trust and authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Candidates should have end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research experience, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with UX research, remote testing, and collaboration tools.
