RRFIC Design Engineering Intern

Design, simulate, and lay out RF circuit blocks for cellular and Wi-Fi applications across 700 MHz to 7 GHz, including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and RF switches using GaAs and SOI technologies. Present design results, participate in reviews, and work in the lab to characterize and optimize RF circuits.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and lay out RF circuit blocks for cellular and Wi-Fi applications across 700 MHz to 7 GHz, including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and RF switches using GaAs and SOI technologies. Present design results, participate in reviews, and work in the lab to characterize and optimize RF circuits.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing a senior-year bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, with a strong background in RF/microwave and analog circuit design and electromagnetics. Experience with ADS, Cadence, and HFSS, along with strong research, analytical, and communication skills, is required.
