Lead discovery of customer journeys across multiple products, using research, data, and hypothesis testing to develop and validate design solutions. Establish consistent design patterns and success metrics, manage stakeholder alignment, and influence product strategy and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver satisfying solutions covering multiple states, life‑cycle stages and personas using the Design System
- Define interaction patterns and architecture to ensure consistency and quality
- Influence business vision for multiple products within the tribe and lead customer‑journey discovery
- Apply varied research techniques, interpret data and translate findings into hypothesis‑driven tests
- Manage stakeholders consistently, promote alignment, visibility and influence decision‑making
- Define success metrics for products and initiatives and work autonomously to achieve KPI impact
- Utilize generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to optimize content‑chat and conversational design flows
- Develop, test and refine advanced prompts to ensure tone, clarity and efficiency in conversational experiences
- Contribute to the technical evolution of junior designers and the broader design team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience with several launched projects
- Ability to work on open‑ended or loosely defined problems
- Proven collaboration with direct team and cross‑functional squads
- Autonomous decision‑making without needing constant supervision
- Experience contributing to technical decisions and mentoring junior designers
