Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and translate field insights into product direction, while designing trustworthy AI-agent workflows and experiences for owners, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Own product areas from research and prototyping through production, and establish Foresightâs design language, system, and standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least six years of experience designing and shipping software, ideally complex B2B, data-heavy, or enterprise products, and be skilled in discovery, coding functional prototypes, and designing AI or automation experiences. They should be comfortable as an early or sole designer, able to make complex information clear, and effective at collaborating with engineers, customers, and other teams.
