Senior Product Designer (Banking)

Own end-to-end design for banking and fintech products, translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive experiences across dashboards, payment flows, transaction management, and merchant applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, and improve products through research, testing, implementation support, and post-launch iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for banking and fintech products, translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive experiences across dashboards, payment flows, transaction management, and merchant applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, and improve products through research, testing, implementation support, and post-launch iteration.
Requirements
- Requires at least 6 years of product or UX/UI design experience, including at least 4 years in banking, fintech, payments, or related financial services, plus a portfolio demonstrating complex interfaces and end-to-end ownership. Candidates should have advanced Figma and design-system skills, practical daily experience with AI design tools, strong product and interaction design judgment, and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
