Product Designer, AWS Search, Security, Observability, Governance

You will own the end-to-end design of features for AWS CloudWatch, specifically focusing on telemetry exploration and AI-driven DevOps agent experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex system behaviors into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own design of features for Omni and the DevOps agent, from information architecture to visual craft and shipping
- Make complex telemetry data legible through clear visualizations and interaction patterns
- Design experiences where an AI agent assists engineers while keeping humans in control of decisions
- Partner daily with product managers and engineers to define problems and iterate on solutions
- Build highâfidelity prototypes that communicate intent and gather feedback
- Incorporate evidence from usability testing, customer sessions, and telemetry into design decisions
- Contribute to and extend the shared design system rather than creating oneâoff screens
Requirements
- Experience in design and delivery of UX or interaction solutions
- Portfolio of online design work
- Prototyping skills using HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, Flash Catalyst, or Axure
- Experience with massâmarket consumer web or mobile products (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers for design implementation
