Requirements
- Candidates should have exceptional interaction, UX, and visual design craft, with proven experience leading complex digital products from discovery through delivery and influencing product direction. They should bring evidence-led product thinking, mature AI-enabled workflows, strong communication and stakeholder leadership, mentoring experience, commercial awareness, and expertise in design systems and inclusive design.
