Design and ship polished, intuitive product experiences for a sports prediction market, translating complex markets, live data, and trading mechanics into clear user flows. Research user needs, rapidly concept and test features, help shape product direction, and build and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, rewarding product experiences for sports trading
- Translate complex market data and trading mechanics into clear UI flows
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on high‑impact solutions
- Define, grow, and maintain a cohesive design system
- Collaborate directly with VP of Design, founder, and core product team
- Conduct user research and validation to inform product direction
- Advocate for high‑quality interaction design across all product surfaces
Requirements
- 3‑4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing system‑level thinking and business impact
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Ability to conduct rapid concepting, prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Strong product judgment grounded in user research
- Experience with design systems (components, tokens, variants)
- Interest in integrating AI into design workflows
- Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication and curiosity about markets
