Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is desired, along with experience in kitchen or cooking equipment and proficiency in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor. The role calls for sheet-metal design and fabricated-structure experience, familiarity with filtration and kitchen exhaust components, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
